📹 Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This evidence is required for us to process your claim.

Missing Items: If any product is missing from your order, kindly provide an unboxing video of the received package within 48 hours. Upon verification, a refund will be issued for the missing item(s).

If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you may do so.

🎨 Custom-Printed Products

Order Cancellation: Once an order for a custom-printed product is placed, it cannot be canceled due to production costs and resale limitations.

Undeliverable Shipments: If a courier is unable to deliver, we will attempt redelivery through an alternative courier. However, returns will not be accepted in such cases.
🚚 Delivery Delays

In rare cases where courier delays extend delivery timelines (e.g., 1–2 months), Bestdeal24 will coordinate with the courier service on a case‑by‑case basis.

Customers are advised to track their orders regularly and contact us if no updates are visible within 15 days of dispatch.

Claims made beyond the specified timelines or without proper evidence (unboxing video) will not be eligible for return or refund.

✅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

Product is confirmed as damaged or defective (with video proof).

Product is missing from the shipment and cannot be replaced.

Product is returned in original condition – unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, invoice, and receipt.
🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where Bestdeal24 is at fault (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).

We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return.
📦 Rejection / Denial of Parcel
If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch:

2× shipping charges (forward + reverse) will be deducted.

10% of product value will be deducted as a packing fee.

These deductions will be applied before issuing any refund.
💳 Refund Process
