📦 Bestdeal24 – Return & Refund Policy

At Bestdeal24, your satisfaction is our priority. We have outlined the following return and refund policies to ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience. These policies apply to all orders within India.

 

🕒 Return Request Period

  • Customers must raise a return or complaint request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

 

📹 Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This evidence is required for us to process your claim.

  • Missing Items: If any product is missing from your order, kindly provide an unboxing video of the received package within 48 hours. Upon verification, a refund will be issued for the missing item(s).

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you may do so.

  • Please note: both return and replacement shipping charges will be borne by the customer, as Bestdeal24 operates as a wholesale platform.

  • Contact our support team for detailed instructions.

 

🎨 Custom-Printed Products

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order for a custom-printed product is placed, it cannot be canceled due to production costs and resale limitations.

  • Undeliverable Shipments: If a courier is unable to deliver, we will attempt redelivery through an alternative courier. However, returns will not be accepted in such cases.

 

🚚 Delivery Delays

  • In rare cases where courier delays extend delivery timelines (e.g., 1–2 months), Bestdeal24 will coordinate with the courier service on a case‑by‑case basis.

  • Customers are advised to track their orders regularly and contact us if no updates are visible within 15 days of dispatch.

 

⚖️ Exceptions

  • Claims made beyond the specified timelines or without proper evidence (unboxing video) will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • These measures are in place to comply with courier and logistics regulations.

 

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

  1. Product is confirmed as damaged or defective (with video proof).

  2. Product is missing from the shipment and cannot be replaced.

  3. Product is returned in original condition – unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, invoice, and receipt.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where Bestdeal24 is at fault (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return.

 

📦 Rejection / Denial of Parcel

If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch:

  • 2× shipping charges (forward + reverse) will be deducted.

  • 10% of product value will be deducted as a packing fee.

  • These deductions will be applied before issuing any refund.

 

💳 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
