⏱️ Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
🎨 Custom & Personalized Products
- Orders for custom‑printed or personalized items cannot be cancelled once placed, as these are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
🚫 Automatic Cancellations
Your order may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment is not received (for prepaid orders).
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- The shipping address is incomplete or unverifiable.
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued.
