Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

🎨 Custom & Personalized Products

Orders for custom‑printed or personalized items cannot be cancelled once placed, as these are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

🚫 Automatic Cancellations
