- All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

💰 Delivery Charges
- Shipping costs depend on your delivery location and product selection.
- Please review your Order Summary at checkout for applicable charges.
🚫 Failed Deliveries
If a package cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Absence of the recipient
- Refusal to accept the parcel
The shipment will be returned to Bestdeal24 at the customer’s expense.
- Return costs (forward + reverse shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.

We work with trusted courier services including: DTDC, Shree Maruti, Mahavir Courier, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, India Post, and ATS.
📦 Upon Delivery
- Please inspect your package carefully before signing for receipt.
- If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, you must either:
- Refuse delivery, or
- Sign as “Damaged” and contact our support team immediately.
🏦 Bank Holidays
- Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays.
- Orders scheduled for these days will be delivered on the next working day.
